What I Do
I’m a communications and media professional specializing in storytelling across sports, culture, and community. My background spans journalism, digital media, visual storytelling, and brand communication, with experience producing feature stories, athlete profiles, game coverage, interviews, podcast content, and audience-focused digital media.
Through work with outlets including the Dal Gazette and UBC Thunderbirds Athletics, I’ve developed a strong ability to turn fast-moving moments into engaging narratives that connect with people. My work is rooted in authenticity, detail, and human-centered storytelling — whether covering high-performance athletics, conducting interviews, building media packages, or contributing to broader communications initiatives.
Alongside my media experience, my background in visual merchandising and brand presentation has strengthened my understanding of audience engagement, creative direction, and how storytelling extends beyond words into experience and identity. I’m especially interested in the intersection of communications, sports media, digital storytelling, and culture-driven content, with a focus on creating work that feels thoughtful, impactful, and genuine.
